
Digital Optimisation Manager/Revenue Support

This hybrid role is designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between digital performance optimisation and revenue management, ensuring our online channels are maximised for conversion while supporting pricing, forecasting, and inventory decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Optimisation:
- Analyse website performance, booking funnels, and guest behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage A/B and multivariate testing strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with brand digital marketing teams to implement optimisations across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on digital KPIs (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, etc.).
- Liaise with OTAs and metasearch platforms to ensure consistency in brand presence and pricing.
- Leverage SEO and UX insights to improve visibility and usability.
- Assist the Revenue Manager with data analysis, forecasting, pricing, and yield strategies.
- Provide market trend insights to support dynamic pricing decisions.
- Conduct regular competitive set analysis and distribute benchmarking reports.
- Maintain and update rate plans and restrictions in the PMS/CRS/Channel Manager.
- Support monthly and weekly performance reporting.
- Ensure booking processes and data inputs align with operational standards with constant communication with reservation and front office team.
- Perform regular checks on data quality, including segmentation and tracking of denied reservations.
- Maintain and update an event database for use in the Revenue Management System (RMS).
- Conduct detailed analyses of hotel performance using RMS, reviewing metrics by segment, day type, and competition benchmarks.
- Assess market trends, competitor pricing, and citywide events to inform pricing strategies.
- Analyse large volume business and leisure group requests for optimal distribution and rate recommendations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Senior Revenue Manager to design and adapt hotel strategies based on performance trends and market conditions.
- Provide precise forecasts compared to operational strategy and annual budgets.
- Implement and regularly adjust strategies in distribution channels to optimize room availability and pricing.
- Review and share monthly results, comparing internal and external metrics like RevPAR and market share, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Monitor strategy implementation and ensure alignment with brand, regional, and hotel-specific goals.

- Hands-on experience with IDeaS RMS, Koddi and Opera PMS would be a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables; experience with PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRS systems, distribution channels and market analysis tools.
- A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- A deep understanding of the hotel industry, with a background in market analysis and strategy.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
