About IBAAt IBA, we are committed to supporting the fight against cancer through advanced medical technologies.Within our Radiopharma Solutions (RPS) business unit, we provide state-of-the-art solutions to produce and deliver radiopharmaceuticals used in diagnostics and treatment.Our Global Sales team plays a key role in turning complex technical offers into clear commercial proposals, tailored to our customers' needs.Your missionAs Sales Support and Tender Specialist, you will join a team of 7 the Sales Managers and 1 Head of Sales Administration to drive pre-sales activities and prepare all commercial and technical elements needed to build strong offers.You will coordinate inputs from internal experts, external suppliers and product teams to support tender replies, upgrades, pricing strategies and client-facing documentation.Key responsibilitiesPrepare budgetary quotes and tender replies, including project timelines, budgets, acceptance test plans, and technical appendicesSupport Sales Managers in all pre-sales activities and throughout the sales cycleLead the development of commercial offers, including upgrades, term sheets and service agreementsCoordinate kick-off meetings and present non-standard requests to the Quotation BoardWork with internal experts and suppliers to select and integrate third-party equipment into our offersCollaborate with R&D and Product Management teams to suggest and define new third-party solutionsContribute to IBA pricing strategy for products, services and upgradesBuild costings using configuration tools and submit pricing scenarios for validation by Sales ManagementDevelop, update and share internal and external training material for both commercial and customer useMaintain up-to-date technical and clinical knowledge of IBA products and servicesPrepare responses to RFPs and actively support oral presentations to clientsYour profileSkills required
Degree in chemistry/electro-mechanical engineering or compensated by experience
Minimum a first technical experience on medical devices products or similar
Experience in radio-chemistry is an asset
Demonstrated communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage various tasks in parallel and resistant to pressure
Fluent written & spoken English (Spanish and or French is an asset)
