Administer contract compliance, change management, and payment processing for pharma construction packages
Support contract negotiations and amendments while ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards
Monitor contractor performance and assist with commercial dispute resolution throughout construction phases
Process change control documentation including evaluation and implementation of contract variations
Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to maintain contract compliance with local commercial law and pharma standards
Maintain contract documentation, correspondence records, and commercial databases for audit and compliance requirements
Support commercial meetings and stakeholder coordination between owners, contractors, and regulatory bodies
Assist with claims processing, contract closeout procedures, and final account settlements
Ensure contract compliance with pharma quality standards, GMP requirements, and validation protocols
:
Experience in construction contract administration, preferably within pharma or regulated manufacturing environments
Knowledge of local contract law, EU commercial regulations, and pharma industry contracting standards
Familiarity with construction contracts including FIDIC, NEC, or similar standard forms
Understanding of pharma construction requirements including GMP compliance and regulatory documentation
Ability to manage commercial relationships and support contractual dispute resolution
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field
Proficiency in English + Dutch and/or French advantageous
