Clean, prepare, and protect the work environment
Clean contaminated prefabricated elements and remove cement residue and other impurities
Repair damages or imperfections in architectural concrete, such as cracks, broken corners, or color differences
Apply high-quality coatings, waterproofing, and special finishes for a uniform appearance and optimal protection against dirt and water
Work closely with architects and site management to achieve the desired quality and aesthetics
Inspect and test repaired parts for durability, strength, and finish
Actively collaborate with production and quality colleagues to optimize processes and materials
Your profileFor this position, we are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:
You have experience with concrete repair, construction, restoration, or a similar technical role
You possess knowledge of materials and techniques related to architectural concrete
You work very accurately, with an eye for detail and a passion for precision work
You are in good physical condition and willing to work at heights and in all weather conditions
You hold a driver's license B; a driver's license C is a plus
You are proactive, enjoy working in a team but can also complete tasks independently
You value safety and quality and communicate smoothly with various colleagues
