Up-to-date and compliant with industry standards
Clearly documented and effectively communicated
Well implemented through collaboration and training
Continuously improved through quality and safety follow-up
Your tasks
Maintain and update operational procedures and manuals (Aircraft; Cargo; and Internal Procedures Manual & subdocuments)
Coordinate production and updates of operational documents within the Quality & Procedures team
Communicate procedures to internal teams and external partners
Represent Brussels Airlines in LHG working groups
Monitor quality and safety performance, follow up incidents, and implement improvements
Contribute to and support operational training within your area of expertise
Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and ensure compliance
Your profile
Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
Minimum 5 years operational experience in Ground Operations
Strong knowledge of Altea CM/FM, ICAO/IATA regulations
Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch and/or French is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Analytical, organized, communicative and a team player
