As a Material Replenishment Planner, you play a key role in ensuring packaging materials are available on time and in the right quantities to support production. You determine optimal order quantities and timing based on demand and inventory data.While some of our current planning and replenishment processes are still manual and somewhat fragmented, we are excited to roll out a clear improvement roadmap focused on digitalization and process optimization.We’re looking for someone who not only enjoys the dynamics of daily operations but is also eager to contribute to building smarter, more efficient ways of working.Our flavour profile:
You monitor supply plans and proactively identify changes that impact material needs.
You collaborate closely with the Finished Goods Planning team to ensure full material coverage.
You define key inventory parameters such as safety stock, reorder quantities, and launch quantities.
You align with suppliers on short- and mid-term availability, potential risks, and constraints.
You work together with Procurement to manage service-level agreements, lead times, and minimum order quantities.
You report on back orders, short stock, excess items, and slow-moving inventory to the concerned parties.
You measure, analyse, and report key process metrics, and monitor adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
You identify opportunities to improve, digitize, and simplify existing manual planning processes.
You actively collaborate in implementing our planning and replenishment improvement roadmap.
You analyse supplier performance and inventory trends to improve inventory turns, reduce waste, and boost service levels.
Your ingredients:
You hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or have equivalent experience.
You have 2+ years of experience in a similar or related role.
You understand MRP planning and material scheduling concepts.
You are proficient in working with ERP systems and Excel.
An APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
