Tasks
  • We seek a driven Risk Management & Competence Manager to join our M&E team and lead operational risk, improvement, and compliance in Part-145.
  • Facilitate risk assessments
  • Support safety investigations
  • Manage KPI/SPI dashboards
  • Maintain Safety IT systems
  • Liaise with Part-145 assessors
  • Oversee qualifications/competence
  • Prepare key safety meetings
  • Implement procedures and surveys
  • Assess new tools/equipment risks
  • Check contractors/new hires
  • Monitor audits/findings
  • Drive root cause analysis
  • Promote safety culture and share learnings
  • Advise teams and communicate safety
  • Lead training and just culture initiatives

  • Bachelor's in (Aeronautics) Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years in coordination or management (e.g., PM, safety, supervision)
  • Knowledge of EASA regulations and SMS
  • Experience with safety audits/investigations (aviation preferred)
  • Skilled in risk assessment and corrective actions
  • Familiar with compliance/reporting tools
  • Fluent in English; Dutch/French a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • High integrity, collaborative, and approachable
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
  • Team player with independent drive
