Freelance Marketplace assistant - retail - parttime - Brussel

• You oversee and provide weekly reports on the performance of each marketplace.
• You track the assortment, content, and inventory levels for each marketplace.
• You coordinate and monitor deliveries to the warehouses of the marketplaces.
• You conduct performance analysis and support the Marketplace Coordinator in making informed decisions.
• You support the Marketplace Coordinator in various tasks, including preparing for the new season, planning commercial initiatives, and implementing new projects.
• You maintain regular communication with external partners to ensure accurate product descriptions and smooth uploads.
• You contribute to the enhancement of internal and external processes.
• You maintain close collaboration with internal departments such as IT, CRM, and Stock Allocation, providing assistance with Marketplace-related issues.

• You have at least experience in a similar position and/or working environment
• You are fluent in French or Dutch and English
• You have an extended Excel knowledge
• You are result-oriented and have great analytical skills, you like to collaborate with others
