  • Analyze business needs and lead functional analysis for document generation systems
  • Design, build, and maintain Java/Spring-based applications
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute across disciplines (dev, test, analysis)
  • Write technical documentation and user guides
  • Coach and advise teammates, share best practices
  • Coordinate with leads, integrators, and stakeholders to refine and challenge proposed solutions
  • Participate in testing phases and provide support
Technical Context
  • Tech stack: Java, Spring, REST, SOA, Selenium, cloud environments
  • Agile & DevOps culture
  • Use of frameworks for reusable software components
  • Systems deployed on both Unix and Windows OS
  • Focus on performance, maintainability, and continuous delivery
Profile
  • 6+ years in Java development, ideally in Agile/DevOps setups
  • Strong analytical skills and functional analysis experience
  • Solid understanding of banking systems and business logic (a big plus)
  • Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
