Senior Developer Corporate LifeYou report to the CL IT Software & Planning Manager and are part of a team of developers with whom youcollaborate constructively and balanced. As a Senior IT developer, you are in charge of managing,developing, and maintaining applications developed in-house. You are also actively participating in globalmaturity increase and SDLC improvement based on your expertise.RESPONSIBILITES▪Participate in technical feasibility studies andcontribute to the reflection on functionalanalysis▪Design and document solution in acomprehensive manner to ensure developmentwork is performed accordingly▪Support decomposition of work in stories tooptimise the workload planning across team.▪Design, Maintain and Improve developmentstandards for the team improvement.▪Carry out the technical implementation andimprovement of all kinds of applicationsaccording to specifications where required▪Optimally collaborate with Architects,Infrastructure and Operations colleagues tooptimise the solutions while maintaining highstandards and security▪Prepare technical documentation for theprograms developed in order to provide ITcolleagues with a tool for the use of theprogramsREQUIRED PROFILE▪At least bachelor's degree in computer science▪ 5 to 10 years hands on software developmentexperience on OO context with exposure to APIdevelopment & consumption of legacy Cobolapplications▪ Mastery of software development processes(SDLC), methods and trends: systems andtechnology tools▪ Excellent OO, data structures, algorithms andproblem solving skills and ability to applydesign patterns in architecture▪ Full-stack development experience & Agilesoftware development managementexperience (Delphi, .Net, etc.)▪Experience in Microsoft Power Platform▪French speaking and fluent in English, bothorally and in writing▪ Ability to work both individually and as part of acollaborative team▪ Experience in Insurance (Life Insurance)▪ High standards with just-enoughdocumentation, unit testing, code reviews, testautomation, continuous integration &deployment, and a preference for agilemethods
