Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client needs, role requirements, and company culture.
Manage the full candidate journey: from initial contact through interview coordination, feedback, offer management, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines in your specialist market to proactively meet current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with Business Development Consultants to deeply understand client briefs and provide tailored candidate shortlists.

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Fluent in French and English, with a very good level of Dutch.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple processes at once.
