- Develop and adjust pricing strategies across all distribution channels.
- Ensure data quality, monitor segmentation, track denied reservations, and maintain data accuracy.
- Conduct performance and market analyses (RevPAR, segmentation, competitor benchmarks, local events).
- Contribute to monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor results, identify areas of improvement, and recommend concrete actions.
- Strong analytical mindset with a strategic and business-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proactive, structured, and results-driven.
- Proficient with RMS (IDeaS), PMS (Opera), advanced Excel, and benchmarking tools (OTA Insight).
- Degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
- Fully bilingual in French and English.
