Description de fonction As a Team Leader (Fullstack), you report to the Manager responsible for all DEV teams and support them in their mission. You oversee a team responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of Fullstack back office and digital office application components to achieve the IT service objectives in supporting internal services and affiliates.You provide guidance and necessary leadership within your team to ensure the quality of application components and the service provided. You manage team personnel to have the necessary resources and appropriate skill levels when needed. You ensure proper execution of administrative tasks by all team members. You mentor new hires in their integration into the team and their new role. You define, track, update, and communicate the team's task schedule to the appropriate individuals.You participate in defining and implementing standards and procedures for the implementation, maintenance, and operational support of applications, and ensure their proper application by your team. You stay informed and keep your team informed about technological developments to anticipate and/or resolve potential issues.Based on a description of a need, you estimate the costs and implementation or completion timelines. You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field for the role.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader or in multi-team project management.
Broad and in-depth knowledge of backend and frontend technologies and their frameworks: Java, JavaScript, HTML, Spring (Boot), ANGULAR.
Experience in one or more of the following:
Docker / Linux
Event-Driven Architecture / Kafka
Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Hybrid mobile development / Ionic
MongoDB
Security (OAuth / OIDC), Spring Security, OWASP
Scrum (Master), DevOps, CI/CD.
Project management experience in a mixed Mainframe / distributed environment.
Experience in the field of social security and mutual insurance in Belgium (Insurability, Benefits, Healthcare).
Skills:
