Whether you're more experienced in welding finished elements or assembling components from scratch, this position offers you the chance to grow and take part in impressive industrial projects.Your RoleDepending on your experience and interests, you’ll be involved in:Welding metal parts and structures using semi-automatic (MIG/MAG) techniques.Assembling constructions based on jigs, references, or tack welds.Working on medium to large steel components, both in series and custom builds.Following welding procedures (WPS) and possibly interpreting technical drawings and instructions. Reading plans is an asset, but not a requirement – motivation and technical insight are key!Performing basic quality checks on welds and ensuring visual standards are met.Maintaining a clean, safe, and ergonomic work environment, with proper attention to health.You have technical training or relevant experience in welding and metalwork.You’re confident using MIG/MAG (semi-automatic welding) and can weld in position.You’re eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a strong team dynamic.Plan reading is a plus, but not essential – we welcome motivated workers with a hands-on mindset.Safety is your top priority. Fouten evalueren en de nodige hernemingen of afwerkingsbewerkingen uitvoeren (lasnaden, afzettingen, oppervlaktestaat, ...). De installaties controleren en onderhouden (afsteken, smeren, ...). De opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst. De materialen en de laswijzen bepalen op basis van instructies, technische documenten, plannen, .... Laswerken uitvoeren volgens een proces: Autogeenlassen. Laswerken uitvoeren volgens een proces: Met beklede elektrode (MMA). Het materieel controleren en de lasparameters (intensiteit, debiet, ...) regelen volgens het materiaal en de uit te voeren lasverbindingen. Laswerken uitvoeren volgens een proces: Autogeenlassen.
