• You provide full legal support on M&A matters (LOI, SPA, due diligence, restructuring, etc.);
• You draft and review various legal documents and contracts, such as shareholder's agreements, sale & purchase agreements, merger proposals,…;
• You participate in negotiations and represent clients throughout the entire deal cycle;
• You take initiative in expanding and strengthening the firm's M&A services;
• You collaborate closely with your colleagues of the legal team (both lawyers and legal consultants) and other experts in corporate finance, taxation and accountancy;
• You manage legacy clients and build your own network.

• Master of Laws degree, preferably with an additional master or specialisation in corporate law;
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in M&A; either as a lawyer or consultant, or in-house;
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a solid command of the second national language. You are also strong in English, and you can handle client interactions in all three languages;
• You are hands-on, strategic and show maturity in your way of working;
• You thrive both independently and in a team setting;
• You combine legal excellence with pragmatic thinking and a no-nonsense, client-oriented attitude.
