- Localize and execute global channel strategy and program in EMEA
- Steer channel management dashboard, make sure regional channel meetings take place and key actions are followed up
- Channel business development: recruit, onboard, grow partnerbase with sales team
- Track partner experience and portal, establish metrics, measure and report partner performance
- Manage local partner advisory board
- Manage and be the main point of contact (SPOC) for existing or new partners within the EMEA Region.
- Review on a continuous base the Channel landscape and suggest adjustments to management whenever necessary.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with selected channel partners to maximize Barco reach and presence on the market.
- Enable & support sales teams with incentives, MDF, deal registration, stretch targets, etc. Understand partner business and develop strategy &incentives to grow them
- Initiate business development activities with growth partners & coordinate with Field Marketing, manage channel communications (maintenance and updating of partner portal, channel locator on website)
- Collaborate with field marketing and channel operations to improve channel revenue
- Collaborate with Barco University to improve and measure Channel training programs
- Manage partner agreements (Business plans, contracts) in collaboration with sales, marketing and legal
