- You collaborate with the Sourcing Manager and Recruitment Team to identify top technical talent.
- You use creative sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, internal tools, and networking.
- You conduct engaging phone screenings and assess candidate fit with precision.
- You coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- You represent Syngenia at job fairs, campus events, and within the ENGIE recruitment network.
- You keep candidate data and recruitment records accurate and up to date.
- You recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Psychology, Labour Sciences, or a related field.
- Only internship experience is expected, this is a true entry-level role.
- You are a native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills in French and English.
- You're analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
- You're proactive, assertive, and love working both independently and in a team.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.
