- Lead the development and execution of the medical strategy for our neurodegeneration asset.
- Develop an efficient engagement strategy with key opinion leaders and other relevant external stakeholders
- Generation and sharing of key medical insights
- Define the medical education and publication strategy
- Oversee asset strategic alignment of medical projects and build strategic partnerships
- Deliver the overall Integrated Evidence Generation Plan for the asset
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical development and commercialization efforts.
- Represent the asset and the company at medical conferences and industry events.
- Scientific background with Medical Degree (MD) or equivalent.
- Significant experience in medical affairs or related field, ideally including experience in the area of neurodegeneration.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong strategic decision-making and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
