For one of our customers based in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Corporate Recruiter.As Corporate recruiter, you will be responsible for the following:1. Direct RecruitmentSource top talent in Strategy, Operations, Digital, and IT (mainly in Belgium, occasionally the Netherlands)Focus primarily on hiring permanent team members, with occasional freelance rolesActively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own networkWrite job ads that reflect the tone and company cultureConduct screening calls and guide candidates through the full selection processStay in touch with candidates and manage interview logistics2. External ChannelsCoordinate with headhunters and other recruitment partnersManage spontaneous applications and internal referralsMaintain and grow the company talent pool3. Beyond RecruitmentWork with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and prioritiesConduct compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offersKeep recruitment analytics and dashboards up to dateContribute to employer branding and candidate experience improvementsSupport other HR processes, including staffing, talent reviews, and learning & development initiativesInternational environmentBased in BrusselsThe ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:You've got a strong instinct for spotting potential and a clear sense of what makes someone a great cultural fit: ambitious, practical, curious, and collaborative.
