To date the company, from the retail point of view, has more than 5600 stores, direct or franchised, and is present in more than 59 countries worldwide.For our technical department based in Brussels or Amsterdam we are looking for a Maintenance Project Manager BeNeLux.Do you want to work with us?RESPONSIBILITIES
· Planning regular visits to the assigned points of sale.
· Management in changing the image of stores. Technical maintenance operations
· Proposal and execution of solutions, for existing installations and for new installations (air conditioning, automatic doors, blinds, etc)
· Periodic communication with maintenance suppliers, evaluating their work and results.
· Responsible of the corrective and preventive maintenance of the points of sale of the assigned area at the national level, as well as of the HQ
· Supervision of budgets for different type of operations.
· Monitoring and control of internal management with Shopping Centers (ECOP).
· Take care of electrical elements, PCI, climate, lighting, sanitary fixtures, etc. of each PV
· Give technical support to the store staff and commercial team of all brands and different departments (store, district, area and brand managers)PROFILE:
· University education in Architecture, Civil Engineering or industrial Engineering.
· Knowledge of Autocad, and Office Package.
· Flexibility, dynamism and autonomy.
· Good level of English and other languages are valued.
· Availability to travel throughout the BENELUX territory.
· Valuable previous experience in the Retail sector.
· Driving licence required.
· Oriented to meet deadlines.
· Focused on internal and external customers.
· Communication skills.
