- To enable the organization to deliver the business strategy and objectives.
- The HR Manager collaborates with COEs and the SSC to deliver integrated solutions to the business needs and associate lifecycle.
- The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner, associate champion and change agent.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends.
- Manage employee and BeNe labor relations matters, if necessary, with support of LR and/or Legal.
- Be the spokesperson for works council/unions if applicable.
- Champion functional HR BPs on country specific requirements during the employee lifecycle (e.g. hiring, firing).
- Country benefits and pension schemes and rate range governance.
- Governance of the legislative reports.
- First point of contact for audits.
- Governance of country specific processes and latest local regulation in cooperation with Core SSC.
- Bachelor's degree in management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of generalist experience in Human Resources and Talent Management with legislative and labour relations knowhow.
- Demonstrated, measurable improvements in staffing, talent management and compensation.
- Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.
- Proven experience in leading change and change management.
- Analytical Skills.
- Strong knowledge of Belgium and Dutch Labour Law and Labour relations experience.
- Fluency in English and Dutch. French is considered an asset.
