Location: Ukkel, Brussels RegionWe are looking for a Tender Engineer to join our Service Business Unit, based in Ukkel. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing RFQs of varying complexity and optimizing project setups. Your expertise will be key in coordinating bids within the dynamic and fast-evolving field of Secure Power. #LI-JB10Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and tender specifications
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for secure power solutions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, legal, finance) to gather necessary inputs
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders
- Support customer meetings and presentations as needed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, sales engineering, or project engineering in the power or energy sector
- Fluency in Dutch or French is required with an advanced level in the other national language. English is a plus
- Strong knowledge of secure power systems (UPS, power distribution, batteries, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
