They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.What You'll Do

Work Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 24 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

De Key Lead is verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen van een hoogwaardige winkelervaring voor alle klanten. Dit gebeurt door op te treden als Floor Supervisor, waarbij begeleiding en coaching wordt gegeven aan Brand Representatives en Stock Associates om ervoor te zorgen dat de winkelactiviteiten soepel verlopen. Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch, required

Wat het vereist

Opleiding: Middelbare schooldiploma / G.E.D. gelijkwaardig wordt aanbevolen.
Retailervaring: Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in de detailhandel is gewenst.
