- Carrying out or supervising the pre-analysis and risk analysis.
- Identifying providers, contacts, and experts, defining the project charter, and setting up the project organization.
- Being responsible for the internal and external kick-off with the client to understand their needs and environment.
- Managing the selection phase of the Service Centers (Collaborative Tools, Multichannel, ERP, and ACM) and obtaining a capacity for implementation.
- Defining tasks and deliverables and creating the project plan in an agile approach.
- Establishing the project team and driving it forward.
- Monitoring projects (planning, budget, scope, risks) and managing changes.
- Bringing together all individuals involved in the project.
- Coordinating and supervising implementation, testing, and training phases.
- Concluding projects.
- Providing ad-hoc reporting for specific needs.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a project manager in IT projects.
- Mastery of at least one Agile methodology (preferably Scrum) and project management tools.
- Experience in application development projects.
- Knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Sharepoint, Jahia, Odoo, Java, and Pega.
- Ability to understand the technical constraints of technologies managed in Service Centers and to clearly communicate them to the business.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Leadership, decision-making, and constant proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written.
- Autonomy, appreciation of teamwork and client interaction, results orientation.
- Pragmatism, adaptability, and ability to step back.
- Very good writing and synthesis skills.
