Our passion for innovation, a pioneering spirit and the unique Puratos culture drive our solid growth and vision for the future This, along with our commitment to our local communities, is what makes working at Puratos so magical.To strengthen our team we are looking for:Senior SAP Support Specialist SD (Sales and Distribution) (m/f/d)Groot-Bijgaarden (Belgium), Sils (Spain)Your MissionThe primary mission is to effectively manage and resolve support cases for the Sales and Distribution (SD) domain, logged via the Puratos support portal, within the predefined SLA. This role contributes to the overall objectives of Puratos in ensuring seamless sales and distribution operations and user satisfaction.What you will doAs an expert in both functional and technical aspects, you will:
  • investigate, follow up and resolve support cases within the SAP and Odoo SD domain, collaborating closely with the outsourcing partner and ensuring the predefined KPI's are met.
  • act as a liaison between business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and the development team to ensure organizational needs are met.
  • conduct global template gap analysis and design solutions in full compliance with local tax and fiscal regulations.
  • provide system training and project guidance as needed.
  • coordinate the support related outsourcing within SD for both SAP and Odoo
  • be responsible for the support follow up as senior support consultant, taking up more complex tickets and change requests.
  • write functional specifications for new approved change requests
  • perform functional testing and validate integration testing
  • ensure execution of Change Requests and Developments
  • act as template keeper within your domain of expertise: protect the template, organize regression testing and identify template gaps
  • advise/support Key/End Users in their daily job, defining best practices for system input and processing
  • keep global customizing documentation up-to-date
  • contribute in optimization activities and implement additional functionalities. Come up with proposals for optimization based on business support exchanges.
  • contribute to upgrades for SAP and Odoo
  • provide assistance to the regional roll-out teams when needed
  • organize or assist in post implementation reviews and training sessions
  • contribute to the development of the SD (both SAP and Odoo) template
  • and document all changes.
What we expect from you
  • a proven expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution module configuration/customization.
  • an in-depth understanding of SAP SD business processes, including order-to-cash, pricing and delivery.
  • knowledge of EDI for invoice and delivery.
  • strong knowledge of SAP SD integration with other modules (MM, FI, CO).
  • familiarity to SAP SD user exits, BADI, and enhancement points.
  • knowledge of Odoo and/or SAP ABAP (asset).
  • fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages like Portuguese are an asset.
