- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting with the preparation, formatting, and archiving of documents
- Supporting HR and finance processes such as onboarding, invoice handling, and expense reporting
- Monitoring office and lab supplies and liaising with facility management
- Helping organize internal and external events
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic biotech environment
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in office management, business administration, or a related field.
- Additionally, you bring at least two years of experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
- You have strong organizational and multitasking skills, allowing you to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with administrative tools and systems (e.g., HR or financial software) is a definite asset.
- You work well independently but also thrive in a team environment.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Finally, you are specifically looking for a part-time role of 20 hours per week, where you can fully apply your administrative strengths in a professional and supportive setting.
