Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen our Information Technology team, based at the HQ, in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: IT Omnichannel Content Operations Lead.About the role:This job involves working closely with ongoing efforts in modular content to improve our speed-to-market and enhance personalized engagement with patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders through content. The focus is on end-to-end content management, including creation, clearance, and distribution, with a specific emphasis on modular content authoring using technology and AI. The role will involve exploring automation opportunities in content delivery, including clearance and other aspects, to improve our content delivery landscape. The role is global and companywide.What you’ll do:
  • Collaborate with the team to implement modular content development strategies.
  • Implement content automation tools and technologies.
  • Create and update content models to enable dynamic assembly of modular content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of new tools and technologies for modular content creation, clearance, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that meets the needs of patients, HCPs, and other stakeholders.
  • Enable clearance processes through technology to ensure regulatory compliance.
