  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records to track project milestones and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives to improve overall service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes and project management techniques.

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or compensates with a strong professional background in customer support or project management.
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Has a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering high-quality service and solutions to clients.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is an advantage.
  • Exhibits a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
