- Provide exemplary customer support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project efficiency and quality.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records to track project milestones and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives to improve overall service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes and project management techniques.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or compensates with a strong professional background in customer support or project management.
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Adaptable and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Has a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering high-quality service and solutions to clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is an advantage.
