- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement and sustainability efforts across the supply chain, including mobile, CPE, and network areas.
- Optimize the use of BlueYonder in each planning department (by using exception management statistics) and support planning inventory targets and ensuring planning managers and Sales & Operations Planners (S&OP) are delivering according to plan.
- Strive for Continuous Business Improvement through innovation and analyzing opportunities cross-departmental and optimization projects. This while cooperating with Planning Managers, Center Of Excellence/Logistics and in agreement with the Supply Chain Director.
- The Continuous Improvement Manager indirect (together with the Planning managers) manages a combined inventory of around 80M € through the S&OP processes.
- Co-balance demand, supply, and inventory in line with the agreed service levels and financial objectives determined by the company.
- Communicate on a high-level with internal (business stakeholders, Liberty Global, …) and external parties (suppliers, retail, …).
- Be responsible for setting up and actioning on agreed KPI's (service level, forecast accuracy, etc.) and reporting co-determined with finance and Liberty Global.

- A relevant degree or equal by experience.
- At least 3 years in a Supply Chain Planning environment.
- Highly required knowledge of Supply Chain Processes with strong focus on KPI's & reporting, analyses, and financial/inventory targets.
- Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives within a complex organizational structure.
- Strong analytical skills (for proper scenario management) and use sophisticated planning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex ideas and information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch & French are a plus.
- A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership and is a problem solver with a positive attitude.
