What are your tasks and responsibilities?As a SHEQ Manager, you are the reference in the areas of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality. Your responsibilities include, among others:Developing, implementing, and improving the SHEQ policy in accordance with legal and internal guidelines (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ADR regulations, etc.)Conducting risk analyses and workplace inspections, ensuring follow-up of preventive and corrective actions.Leading audits (internal and external) and monitoring compliance with procedures.Training, raising awareness, and coaching employees and supervisors on SHEQ topics.Following up on incidents, accidents, and near misses; analyzing them and implementing improvement measures.Reporting to the management team and advising on strategic SHEQ objectives.Acting as the contact person for external partners such as inspection services, prevention advisors, and certification bodies.Supporting Sortbat Group locations abroad.Reports to the COO of Sortbat Group.Your profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (prevention, environment, engineering sciences, etc.)Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Holder of a Level 1 or Level 2 Prevention Advisor certificate.Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations regarding safety, environment, and quality.You are analytical, a strong communicator, and capable of building support at all levels.You are motivated, flexible, and assertive.You are team-oriented, able to inspire enthusiasm among colleagues, and have a coaching and advisory style.You are solution-oriented and deliver quality even in stressful working situations.You speak fluent Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plusWhat do we offer?An attractive salary complemented by a wide range of fringe benefits.An enthusiastic team of colleagues and a fun, pleasant working atmosphere
