Supervise cleanroom construction activities ensuring compliance with EU GMP requirements, ISO 14644 standards, and pharmaceutical manufacturing protocols
Oversee installation of cleanroom envelope systems including modular wall panels, ceiling grids, specialized flooring, and critical sealing applications
Manage construction crews for cleanroom-specific installations including air filtration systems, lighting fixtures, and environmental monitoring equipment
Coordinate with HVAC contractors to ensure proper integration of air handling systems, pressure differentials, and contamination control measures
Supervise installation of cleanroom furniture, pass-through chambers, airlocks, and personnel/material flow systems for pharmaceutical operations
Ensure adherence to strict contamination control protocols during construction activities including gowning procedures, material staging, and work area isolation
Conduct quality inspections and coordinate testing activities including particle counting, airflow verification, and environmental monitoring system validation
Manage cleanroom commissioning activities including smoke studies, recovery testing, and performance qualification protocols
Coordinate with validation teams to ensure cleanroom construction meets pharmaceutical qualification requirements and regulatory compliance standards

Supervisory experience in cleanroom construction, preferably within pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing facilities
Strong knowledge of cleanroom construction techniques and contamination control principles
Experience with GMP regulations, Belgian construction standards, and pharmaceutical facility qualification processes
Understanding of HVAC systems integration, air filtration technologies, and environmental monitoring systems for controlled environments
Proven ability to manage construction teams in highly regulated environments while maintaining strict quality and contamination control standards
Proficiency in English plus Dutch, and/or French languages advantageous Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with cleanroom construction specialization
