Our client seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics at their Global Distribution Center, including a small team of logistics coordinators. You will ensure accurate, compliant inventory flow, drive process improvements, and liaise with supply-chain partners.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of five logistics coordinators (inbound and outbound)Oversee timely product receipt, dispatch, packaging-material control, inventory reconciliation, and destruction processesMonitor and report on weekly/monthly KPIs; forecast capacity using supply, demand, sales, and inventory dataLead continuous-improvement initiatives and execute enhancements across operationsCoordinate with supply sites, logistics teams, customer service, carriers, and internal stakeholdersConduct regular team meetings and escalate issues promptly to managementAllocate resources effectively, mentor the team, and ensure accountabilityLead a dynamic logistics team and sharpen leadership skillsOperate within a global supply-chain frameworkQualities of a successful candidateAt least 5 years of progressive warehouse or distribution-center operations leadership * Bachelor or Masters degree
Fluent in English and Dutch is a big plus
