- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through networking, research, and industry events.
- Needs Analysis & Solution Development: Understanding client challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Showcasing solutions to key decision-makers in a compelling way.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Creating and negotiating contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.
- Closing Deals: Hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Account Management & Expansion: Building long-term relationships, driving renewals, upselling and cross-selling, and expanding usage within organizations.
- Market Intelligence: Staying up-to-date on trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams across operations, customer success, R&D, and sales to ensure client success and align strategies.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally in software, SaaS, or security.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals and RFPs.
- Strong grasp of enterprise sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot).
- Fluency in English; German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
- Willingness to attend industry events and conferences.
- Knowledge of access management, identity verification, or cybersecurity.
- Existing network in industries such as chemical, manufacturing, or F&B.
- Startup experience.
