Account ExecutiveWe’re looking for an energetic Enterprise Account Executive to discover new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in growing and maintaining our client base, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to account expansion.About UsWe are a fast-growing tech startup based in Belgium, focused on building cutting-edge solutions in access management and identity verification. We’re passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a real impact in industries such as chemical, manufacturing, and food & beverage.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a full-stack Account Executive, you will manage the full sales journey for enterprise clients, including:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through networking, research, and industry events.
  • Needs Analysis & Solution Development: Understanding client challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Showcasing solutions to key decision-makers in a compelling way.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Creating and negotiating contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.
  • Closing Deals: Hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Account Management & Expansion: Building long-term relationships, driving renewals, upselling and cross-selling, and expanding usage within organizations.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying up-to-date on trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams across operations, customer success, R&D, and sales to ensure client success and align strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally in software, SaaS, or security.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals and RFPs.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Fluency in English; German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
  • Willingness to attend industry events and conferences.

  • Knowledge of access management, identity verification, or cybersecurity.
  • Existing network in industries such as chemical, manufacturing, or F&B.
