- Enforce commercial data integrity and alignment across regions and divisions for accurate reporting.
- Maintain our special pricing tool by monitoring product costs, setting price benchmarks and analyzing special price requests.
- Work closely with the Commercial Analytics team to assess internal stakeholders’ reporting requirements.
- Be the pricing and reporting expert on regional IT and commercial projects.
- Issue distributor sales reports to build accurate year-end rebates provisions.
- Manage and distribute the sales forecasts used as a base for monthly regional business reviews.
- Collect and compile sales-out (SO) data received from our distributors and create monthly SO dashboards.
- Monitor the annual Distributor Business Plan review process and administrate Comind tool.
- Document our processes for internal use and training, as well as for quality assurance.
- Train other teams on BI tools and processes to foster good practice and a data driven culture.
- Support the Sales Operations teams by sharing best practices and providing backup.
- Demonstrated similar experience in a B2B international environment
- Very good numerical and analytical skills, business acumen and financial literacy
- Proficient in MS office, specifically excel. Experience working with systems and BI applications (e.g. QlikView, PowerBI, SAP)
- Know-how to establish priorities, very good organizational skills
- Proactive, pragmatic, dynamic, and enthusiastic personality with can-do attitude and hands-on approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships at different levels
- Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken), any other European language is an asset
