The first step of a company to become data driven is to define their data strategy. Your role is to define this data strategy together with all the C-levels of our customers.You will dive into our customers' company-wide processes and value chains, and you will help them to make the link between their company's strategic goals, the operational business objectives and the implementation of value-added data & AI use cases, in order to prioritize the creation of tangible business value: value that translates to our customers' bottom line.You are aware of the latest trends in BI, data analytics, AI and cloud, and you will organize and facilitate inspiring client workshops, brainstorming sessions & client meetings in order to determine how leveraging their data can help to improve their business performance and gain competitive advantageYou will prepare program and project roadmaps, oversee the implementation of the roadmaps, and provide trajectory reports - all in close collaboration with the technology and business teams.You will work alongside our Data and ML Engineers, Cloud Architects and Change Managers to define the right data strategy and the right execution path. You are not necessarily a Cloud Architect or a Data Engineer by background, but you have sufficient experience and helicopter view on how data platforms work, and how they can benefit clients in different fields (marketing, sales, finance, operations, …)QualificationsWhat we are looking for:You have already worked in a IT Consultancy Company or in the IT Department of a company that has advanced Data ManagementYou have a strong experience as either Business Analyst/Functional Analyst, Program/Project Manager, Business Intelligence lead, Business Strategy consultant or Digital Transformation consultantYou have a proven track record of managing Data and/or AI related projects (Data Warehousing, BI, Machine Learning, Cloud Solutions)You have a thorough understanding of modern data analytics concepts, and a general understanding of how data platforms work and should be integrated into the wider cloud & IT architectureYou ideally have a proven track record of being able to manage C-level stakeholder relationships, either internally or as consultant for your customers, partners or suppliersExperience with cloud solutions (GCP, Azure, AWS or other ) is a mustExcellent communication & client facing skills such as storytelling and problem solvingYou combine strong analytical skills even stronger synthesis skills, making you the perfect person to pitch, explain and inspire stakeholders of different backgrounds and with different levels of technical expertiseYou ideally have practical experience with one or more data governance models and their implementation in large companies.You ideally have some experience in Change Management for technology transformation projectsYou are fluent in both spoken & written English, and you have a good working knowledge of French and/or Dutch in a business context.Additional InformationWhat we have to offer:An exciting job where innovation in technology is not a buzzword but a realityContinuous training & development of soft- and hard skills, including training at several Google locationsA competitive salary, inline with your profileA permanent contract (no contracting)A flexible package of extra legal advantages that could include a company car, a fuel card, meal vouchers, laptop, health insurance, …An awesome team of colleagues & regular team building activitiesA "Googley" well-equipped office close to BrusselsThe ability to work with the world's leading companies in technology and innovation
