• You will be accountable for:

• Running and optimizing our production capabilities and overall operations on the site
• Managing projects related to factory revamping, automation, and manufacturing excellence initiatives
• Driving the sustainability, energy transition, and safety agenda in collaboration with diverse specialized teams
• Challenging our organization and providing suggestions for potential improvement opportunities
• Taking ownership of your development and career growth, with the support of a mentor
• We provide a full-time permanent contract, featuring hybrid and on-site work arrangements, through 3 rotations of 12 months, across diverse business units, functions, projects, and geographic locations. The start date is expected to be September 2024.

• Master's Degree or equivalent in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Relevant first experience in chemical or manufacturing industries.

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The annual base salary for this role is 70,200.00 EUR. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and other incentives.
