- Providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
- Performing general dental procedures, including check-ups, fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, pediatric cases, and assisting in surgical dental cases
- Creating treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Collaborating with experienced dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff
- Adapting to a multicultural, multilingual environment with support from senior clinicians
- Supporting a positive patient experience and maintaining excellent chairside manners
- Dental degree recognized from European Union
- Relevant experience is a plus
- Recent graduates are welcome; training up to 12 months is provided
- Fluent in English - knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
- High motivation to learn, develop and integrate into the Belgian dental system
- Professional attitude, excellent communication, and team collaboration skills
- Permanent contract with a respected Dental Clinic in Belgium
- Percentage-based earnings
- Salary range during training: €10,000 – €14,000 gross/month
- Salary range post-accreditation: up to €14,000-€18,000 gross/month
- Full administrative and relocation support (bureaucracy, rental assistance, accreditation procedures)
- Flexible working hours: typically, 40-48 hours/week
