We are looking for a freelance Financial & Administrative Manager to streamline and scale operations in a growing SME active in professional cleaning and service support. You'll lead financial structuring, profitability tracking, and administrative setup as a trusted partner to leadership.
Prepare accurate, profitable quotations for current and future projects
Develop and implement profitability tracking tools (per client/project), using Excel or simple management software
Organize and streamline administrative processes for clearer operations
Offer actionable recommendations to optimize costs, enhance margins, and support expansion
Act as a trusted operational partner with an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset during a relaunch phase
Lead transformation in a hands-on SME environment Direct collaboration with company leadership
Demonstrated experience in administrative and financial management within a PME/SRL
Skilled in structuring processes in developing or scaling businesses
Familiarity with profit-margin analysis using Excel or basic financial tools
Autonomous, operationally savvy, and adaptable to small-structure dynamics
Proactive, solution-driven, and comfortable acting as a close support to management
Immediately available, ideally for part-time or mixed on-site/week flexibility
