As the successful Area Sales Manager - Belux - Enteral Feeding solution - you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across BeLux.
  • Promote and sell a range of medical nutrition devices and solutions to clinical stakeholders (from procurement to Practitioners).
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service.
  • Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, congresses, and product launches.
Account Manager - Belux - Nutrition Solution within Medical Devices field Both Capital equipment & Disposables Sales - Medtech leaderAs the successful Area Sales Manager - Belux - Enteral Feeding solution - you will have the following requirements:
  • At least Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Life Sciences or related field - or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the medical devices or healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospital landscape in the region is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships and drive commercial success.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French & English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute account plans, identify growth opportunities, and align commercial strategies with customer needs.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to building long-term partnerships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis, sales reporting, and using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and customer engagement.
  • Autonomy & Drive: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while managing a national territory.
  • Adaptability: Able to navigate a complex, regulated environment and adapt to evolving clinical and market dynamics.
