Here, every voice counts, and every contribution matters.Your mission:Make it happenIn this role, you’ll:
  • Lead and coordinate the transport of parts from global suppliers to end customers.
  • Act as the go-to expert for operational issues, customer questions, and logistics challenges.
  • Organize urgent transport solutions with speed and accuracy.
  • Resolve transport deviations like late deliveries or missing documents.
  • Oversee customs and invoicing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams and borders, working on high-impact projects that keep our production lines moving.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of external logistics partners.
This role is based at our Ghent site and requires you to perform administrative tasks across both day and rotating shifts — flexibility is essential.You’re not just looking for a job — you’re looking to grow, contribute, and make a difference. You bring:
  • A higher education degree or equivalent experience
  • A positive, proactive mindset
  • Strong analytical thinking and stress resilience
  • Solid Excel skills and a quick grasp of new systems
  • A collaborative spirit — you’re a true team player
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift rotation system. You work in an early and/or late shift approximately every 2 out of 6 weeks. The other weeks you work in a day shift.
