As Team Leader, you'll ensure seamless warehouse operations-from inbound to outbound-making sure everything runs like clockwork.Job Description:What will you be doing?As a Team Leader, you'll be the cornerstone of your team, ensuring that daily logistics operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this Team Leader role, your responsibilities include:Leading, motivating, and coaching warehouse staffAssigning tasks and offering hands-on feedback in real timeUpholding quality, safety, and productivity standardsOverseeing all warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shippingTroubleshooting operational issues and escalating larger challenges to the SupervisorProviding training on logistics processes, safety protocols, and equipment usePinpointing skill gaps and collaborating with the Supervisor for additional supportMonitoring performance indicators and reporting outcomes
