Following a comprehensive onboarding phase, you will primarily work remotely, complemented by client visits and team meetings.Your responsibilities in this role include:
- Independent management of complex IT and digitalization projects
- Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans and milestones
- Controlling project scope in terms of time, budget, and quality
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating project activities
- Communicating with stakeholders and participating in steering committees
- Managing conflicts and developing solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring adherence to our project methodologies and standards
- Permanent residence in Belgium (or alternatively in France or The Netherlands) with an unlimited work and residence permit
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French and English – both written and spoken
- A completed degree in business administration, business IT, computer science, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in independently managing complex IT or digitalization projects
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems – ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- Proficiency in both traditional and agile project management methods
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including at executive level
- Future-oriented projects and innovative tasks within a creative and internationally active company
