You are in charge of performing various preparatory tasks, such as cutting and washing vegetables, preparing sauces, and setting up ingredients. Additionally, you work closely with the Greek chef and actively help on the hot side of the kitchen, where you assist in preparing authentic Greek dishes. You ensure that the kitchen always remains neat and hygienic and contribute to smooth service. You speak fluent Dutch and can also express yourself in English, so communication with the Greek chef goes smoothly. You enjoy working in a team, love variety, and take initiative where necessary.
