Assist colleagues with IT-related questions and problems
Process all IT notifications, resolve these issues or involve experts, and communicate the solution to the internal customer.
Handle, coordinate, and execute all user requests
Perform standard installation and configuration procedures.
Participate in migration and rollout projects, installing hardware and software.
You will need to visit the client to resolve technical issues related to their energy solution
You are capable of analyzing problems individually according to the contract offered to the client.
