What's the job ?In the role of Prevention Advisor (Health and Safety), you will contribute to the safety and well-being of around 100 employees (approximately 50% blue-collar workers and 50% white-collar workers).Based on an external analysis, you will draw up an overall prevention plan.Working with the relevant departments, you will translate the overall plan into an annual action plan with realistic objectives, which you will also translate into a budget. You monitor this budget rigorously.You maintain close contact with staff in the field to identify the right priorities and opportunities. Thanks to a natural interest in the production process, working methods and work processes, you can relate to the professional context and express yourself competently.You will then ensure that these objectives are implemented and monitored, by drafting the necessary processes and guidelines. You also take practical action.You identify potential risks and take preventive measures.In collaboration with the Human Resources department, you will organise the necessary training and fire or evacuation drills.You are also the person responsible for supervising the compliance and commissioning of our machines.In the role of Quality Officer, you will ensure the correct implementation and continuous improvement of the quality manual on our production site (GMP+) and in our wholesale distribution business (BIO certification, self-checking guide).You will act as the point of contact for quality-related issues and for external bodies such as the FASFC (Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain) and the FAVV (Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain and Animal Health).In the event of a major quality problem or product recall, you will coordinate the crisis team.You will ensure that all departments follow the necessary steps in the quality processes and consider how to improve the processes to constantly guarantee the quality of our products.You will coordinate audits and inspections.In the Environment area, you will support the production of reports aimed at guaranteeing the CO2-neutral certificates of our two sites, and contribute to the development of the basis for ESG (environmental, social and governance) reports and other sustainable objectives.Overall, you will keep abreast of developments, new developments and legislation in your area of expertise. Your active participation in or organisation of meetings helps to promote a culture of safety and quality within the organisation.Thanks to your excellent communication and collaboration skills, you play a key role as a facilitator and connector in the implementation and optimisation of the necessary improvement projects.When will it match ?You have a Master's degree or several years' relevant experience.You are fluent in Dutch and French and have good written communication skills in English.You have a good command of Excel.You hold a Level I Prevention Consultant certificate, or are prepared to obtain one in the short term.You have excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.You are able to take the initiative, set priorities and work independently.You have experience of budget management and project management.You are flexible and proactive.As an enthusiastic person, you know how to pass on your energy. You know how to involve the various internal and external stakeholders in your discourse.Any additional assets?
