Your tasks include
- Designing and implementing a forward-looking marketing strategy, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Rolling out digital campaigns and content via social media, webinars, websites, newsletters and customer portals.
- Managing an external marketing team (digital agency) and working closely with internal colleagues for a consistent brand experience.
- Help shape SEO, SEA and email automation flows that are result-oriented and measurable.
- Coordinate marketing communications around a major sports sponsorship and organise trade shows and VIP events.
- Monitoring the marketing budget, drawing up schedules and reporting to the commercial director - your direct sparring partner.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor or master degree in marketing, communication or a commercial field (or equivalent through experience)
- At least 5 years' experience in a strategic-executive marketing function, preferably in a growth environment
- Language skills: you speak fluent Dutch and French; English is not an obstacle for you
- Strong knowledge of digital tools: Google Analytics, SEO/SEA, e-mail marketing, social media and preferably also some graphic feeling (Photoshop, InDesign...)
- You are diplomatic, stress-resistant and know how to enthuse people about your ideas.
