- Planning and Procurement: you are responsible for planning based on the MRD framework and ensuring availability of raw materials, packaging and components to support smooth production.
- Production Management: You manage the site roadmap and facilities, optimize production planning and drive improvements using ITW Toolbox methods. With a strong focus on KPIs, you enhance efficiency while ensuring daily operations meet quality, safety and environmental standards.
- Warehouse Management: You ensure customer satisfaction by managing efficient goods receiving, storage and dispatch. Using the 80/20 approach, you optimize warehouse space and logistics. You also maintain inventory accuracy and align workforce planning with production and sales demand.
- Customer Service: You ensure timely order processing and delivery while keeping customers and sales informed through clear, proactive communication.
- Team Leadership and Management: You lead and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Site Management: You serve as the local contact for onsite and remote colleagues, supporting them in achieving their goals.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with proven track records of operational leadership and production planning, combined with a technical Bachelor's of Master's degree.
- Proven analytical skills with project management methodology. Process mindset and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
