","functionalDescription":"For this vacancy, you will be working on various construction sites in Flanders (provinces Antwerp, Limburg, Flemish Brabant, and East Flanders) to construct and assemble traditional formwork, and dismantle it after curing. You will bend, grind, and braid the reinforcement in your formwork and prepare the site with your colleagues for the arrival of the concrete. Once the mixers deliver, you help guide and finish the mass. You distribute the material, vibrate it, and finish everything.
