We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated professional to support our procurement and contract management activities within the automotive services domain. This is a temporary position, running until the end of September, with a possibility of extension depending on business needs.You will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring the efficient execution of contracts and reporting duties.Your responsibilities will include:- Managing supplier relations and responding to supplier/business requests
- Handling incident management and issue resolution
- Leading tendering processes and procuring car-related services and goods, including sales campaign support
- Overseeing full contract management: administrative flow, KPI monitoring, and value optimization within your category
- Preparing regular reports, including bonus calculations and monthly forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and all relevant legal/regulatory requirementsProfiel We are looking for a hands-on team player who can quickly integrate and contribute in a temporary but high-impact role.You bring:- Solid experience in procurement (automotive industry experience is a plus)
- Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and supplier management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (essential)
- Proficiency in Excel (Office Suite); experience with procurement, reporting, or contracting tools is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A collaborative approach, able to work effectively with Benelux and international teamsAanbod - Temporary assignment until end of September with a possibility for extension based on performance and business needs
