Proficiency in .NET (Core 6/8) LTS, with solid experience in Entity Framework
Mastery of Unit Testing
Expertise in Azure DevOps: Pipelines (CI/CD), Boards, Artifacts
Excellent track record in Agile/Scrum environments
Bonus Qualifications
Previous experience as a Technical Lead
Working knowledge of Identity Server
Frontend capabilities with React
Mobile development in .NET (particularly Android via .NET)
Understanding of Hibernate (legacy contexts)
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical authority and liaison for cross-functional teams
Mentor and guide a distributed development team comprising developers, testers, analysts, and architects
Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), ensuring best practices and architectural consistency
Own end-to-end delivery - from coding, continuous integration/deployment, to production support and cloud infrastructure
Engagement Details
Location: Antwerp Left Bank, hybrid work setup (approx. 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Languages Required: Dutch and English
Start Date: ASAP, with a defined handover period as the incumbent transitions out by year-end
Duration: Long-term freelance engagement
